Tell us more!

What is your product and who is it for?

Our product is an app made for helping young people that struggle with managing their emotions or mental wellbeing or have strong emotions of sadness or anger. We want to create a world where we can live in happiness and this app is designed to support this.

What inspired your idea, and why is it important to you?

We were inspired by many people including those around us, who found ways to better their mental health and wanted to support more young people to find ways to manage their emotions. We found that since returning to school after the pandemic, many young people find it difficult to voice their thoughts and seek advice when needed. This inspired us to start a mental health and wellbeing project.

How does your product solve the problem?

Our product uses scenarios, related to different emotions, to help people’s mental wellbeing. They teach our users how to handle a problem and prepare them for a real situation. There’s music to help our users manage their emotions and we have spent time researching how music helps improve people’s wellbeing.

How does it work?

We use multi-situation-based scenarios to help our readers and we use music to calm them down for what we hope are the best results in this project.

Music

One of the main features of our app is music, which calms people down and also it helps people who are either stressed, sad, angry, or depressed. It can also help people enhance their minds.

Scenarios

It is a bit like a quiz and it helps the person playing this scenario understand. These scenarios can help people manage difficult situations in real life.

Why vote for ZenStar?

We think people should vote for us as we have spent many hours and woke up early many times to put our 100 percent into this project. We were really inspired by our team member’s sister to create this and even if we don’t succeed at least we had fun along the way.
